These terms apply to this website, niota.in, which is published by Niota Fintech Private Limited(“Niota”, “we”, “us”, “our”), a company incorporated in India. By using this site you accept them. If you do not, please do not use the site.

What this site is

This site is company information. It describes who we are, what we build and how to reach us, and it links to the products we publish. That is all it does. It takes no payment, holds no account and provides no financial service of any kind.

Not advice, and not a regulated service

Niota Fintech is not a broker, an exchange or an investment adviser, and is not registered with SEBI. Our apps are information and learning tools. They do not provide investment advice and they do not hold client funds or securities.

Nothing on this site is investment advice, a research report, or a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security. Nothing here is an offer or solicitation to deal in securities. Any decision you make about your money is yours, and you should take your own professional advice before making it.

Using the site

You may read this site and link to it. You may not:

• use it in a way that breaks the law, or that infringes someone else's rights

This site links out to our own product sites, to app stores and to our accounts on third-party platforms. We do not control the platforms, and their content and policies are their own. A link is not an endorsement of anything beyond the destination we intended.

We try to keep this site correct and current, but we publish it on an “as is” basis. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error free, or that any description of a product will remain accurate as that product changes.
