Niota Privacy Policy


1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy sets out how we, Niota, use and protect your personal data that you provide to us, or that is otherwise obtained or generated by us, in connection with your use of our cloud-based services (the “Services”). For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, ‘we’, ‘us’ and ‘our’ refers to Telegram, and ‘you’ refers to you, the user of the Services.

Niota has two fundamental principles when it comes to collecting and processing private data:

3. What Personal Data We Use
3.1. Your E-mail Address

This address will only be used to give access to your account. That's right: no marketing or “we miss you” bullshit.

3.2. Your trading data and history

Niota is a cloud service. We store order history, position history, watchlist on our servers so that you can access your data from any of your devices anytime without having to rely on third-party backups.

3.3 Log data

we want to inform you that whenever you our my Service, in a case of an error in the app we collect data and information (through third party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing my Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.

3.4. Cookies

The only cookies we use are those to operate and provide our Services on the web. We do not use cookies for profiling or advertising. The cookies we use are small text files that allow us to provide and customize our Services, and in doing so provide you with an enhanced user experience. Your browser should allow you to control these cookies, including whether or not to accept them and how to remove them. You may choose to block cookies with your web browser, however, if you do disable these cookies you will not be able to log in to Niota Web.


4. Keeping Your Personal Data Safe
4.1. Storing Data

If you signed up for Niot, your data is stored in data centers in the india. These are third-party provided data centers in which Niota rents a designated space. However, the servers and networks that sit inside these data centers and on which your personal data is stored are owned by Niota. As such, we do not share your personal data with such data centers.

4.2. Retention

Unless stated otherwise in this Privacy Policy, the personal data that you provide us will only be stored for as long as it is necessary for us to fulfill our obligations in respect of the provision of the Services.


5. Processing Your Personal Data
5.1. Our Services

Niota is a cloud service. We will process your data to deliver your cloud trading history, including orders, positions and watchlists, to any devices of your choosing without a need for you to use third-party backups or cloud storage.

5.2. Cross-Device Functionality

We may also store some aggregated metadata to create Niota features that work across all your devices.

5.3. Advanced features

We may use some aggregated data about how you use Niota to build useful features.

5.4. No Ads Based on User Data

Unlike other services, we don't use your data for ad targeting or other commercial purposes. Niota only stores the information it needs to function as a secure and feature-rich service.


6. Third party services

The app does use third party services that may collect information used to identify you.

6.1 service providers

we may employ third-party companies and individuals due to the following reasons:

  • To facilitate our Service
  • To provide the Service on our behalf
  • To perform Service-related services
  • To assist us in analyzing how our Service is used

I want to inform users of this Service that these third parties have access to your Personal Information. The reason is to perform the tasks assigned to them on our behalf. However, they are obligated not to disclose or use the information for any other purpose.


7. Third Party Payment Services
7.1. Payment Information

Niota does not process payments from users and instead relies on different payment providers around the world. It is the payment providers that handle and store your credit card details. Niota do not have access to this information. Although we work with payment providers they are completely independent from Niota. Please study their relevant privacy policies before making your data available to them.

7.2. Credit Card Information

When making a purchase, you enter your credit card details into a form supplied by the payment provider that will be processing the payment, and this information goes directly to the payment provider's server. Your credit card information never reaches Niota's servers. We do not access and do not store your credit card information. When you save your credit card info, it is saved on the respective payment provider's servers and the payment provider gives Niota a token that you can reuse for future payments. It is not possible to reconstruct your credit card info from the token.

7.3. Payment Disputes

Due to the fact that Niota doesn't store any credit card details or transaction information, it is impossible for us to handle complaints or cashbacks – any disputed payments are the responsibility of the payment providers, and banks that participated in the exchange.


8. Who Your Personal Data May Be Shared With
8.1. Law Enforcement Authorities

If Niota receives a court order that confirms you're a terror suspect, we may disclose your IP address and e-mail to the relevant authorities. So far, this has never happened.


9. Your Rights Regarding the Personal Data You Provide to Us
9.1. Your Rights

Under applicable data protection legislation, in certain circumstances, you have rights concerning your personal data. You have a right to: (1) request a copy of all your personal data that we store and to transmit that copy to another data controller; (2) delete or amend your personal data; (3) restrict, or object to, the processing of your personal data; (4) correct any inaccurate or incomplete personal data we hold on you; and (5) lodge a complaint with national data protection authorities regarding our processing of your personal data.


10. Deleting data
10.1. Accounts

If you would like to delete your account, you can mail us on support@niota.in . Deleting your account removes every piece of data you store in the Niota cloud. This action must be confirmed via your Niota account and cannot be undone.


11. Links to Other Sites

This Service may contain links to other sites. If you click on a third-party link, you will be directed to that site. Note that these external sites are not operated by me. Therefore, I strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy of these websites. I have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.


12. Children’s Privacy

These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. I do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. In the case I discover that a child under 13 has provided me with personal information, I immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact me so that I will be able to do necessary actions.


13. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We will review and may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes to this Privacy Policy will become effective when we post the revised Privacy Policy on this page www.niota.in/terms.
